Official Rules

Organized by: Vedika Foods, Kitchener, Ontario, Canada

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of Canada residing in Ontario.
  • Participants under 18 years require parent/guardian consent.
  • Employees and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible.

2. Contest Period

Start: 23 January 2026
End: 01 February 2026

3. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

  • Create an original artwork based on the theme “My India, My Pride / Republic Day”.
  • Join the Vedika Family WhatsApp Group.
  • Share your artwork/photo along with a short message on what India means to you.
  • In-store participants may submit artwork or take a photo at the store.
No purchase is required to enter or win this contest.

4. Artwork Guidelines

  • Artwork must be original and created by the participant.
  • Acceptable formats include drawing, painting, coloring, or digital art.
  • Entries must be respectful, family-friendly, and free of offensive content.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify inappropriate entries.

5. Judging Criteria

  • Creativity and originality
  • Relevance to the contest theme
  • Effort and presentation
  • Overall message and expression

6. Prizes

  • Gift vouchers, discounts, or special rewards.
  • Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via WhatsApp, phone or email. If no response is received within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.

8. Use of Entries

By entering, participants grant permission to the Organizer to use the submitted artwork and photos for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only for contest administration and will not be shared except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or technical issues. By participating, entrants release the Organizer from any liability related to this contest.

11. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
